VENUE PRICING ONLY

Pricing includes Venue Rental, Tables, Wi-Fi, Podium and Chairs (with White Chair Covers). 

We do not include table linens (we have 66" Rounds and 6 ft. banquet tables).

 

Full payment (rental fee & refundable security deposit) to be paid in advance to secure date for any event (excluding weddings and or receptions).

Wedding and or Reception Rentals (50% of rental fee to book date, remainder due 3 months prior to event, security deposit due 30 days prior to event).

All Tables No Dance Floor: Diamond Room- up to 200

Tables with Dance Floor: Diamond Room- 130 up to 160

Theatre Style: Pearl Room- up to 100; Diamond Room- up to 200

Banquet Style: Pearl Room- up to 75; Diamond Room- up to 150

Classroom Style: Pearl Room- up to 50; Diamond Room- up to 100

Conference Style: Pearl Room- up to 38; Diamond Room- up to 150

U-Shape: Pearl Room- up to 42; Diamond Room- up to 70
